COURSE CONTENTS
Course Content includes: An analysis of documentation requirements in ISO 9001:2000; An explanation of the general approach to preparing quality system documents; Introduction to the structure of quality systems; Explanation of document control requirements; Detailed review of preparation of documents such as quality policy, organisation charts, job descriptions, procedures and forms; Analysis of the typical contents and structure of the quality manual; Tips on preparation of quality plans. This is an interactive course that includes tuition, workshops and exercises.
SUGGESTED PRE-REQUISITES
Familiarity with the structure and requirements of ISO 9001:1994 would be beneficial. Lack of this will not be detrimental to those attending the course.
COURSE ACCOMODATIONS
This is a two-day course, starting each day at 8.30 and finishing at 17.00 with a daily one-hour lunch break. Course registration on the first day commences at 8.00. For those who require accommodation, Bureau Veritas has negotiated corporate rates for most training venues associated with a hotel.
