Participants will receive the appropriate information and training to perform their Safety Representative functions. Legal requirements under the 2004 OHS Act will be presented and relevant skills and knowledge relating to Occupational Health and Safety can be practiced and applied to their workplace. This will include effective communication and issue resolution.
